If the purchaser believes we have not met our goal, please contact us within five business days of the delivery date on the order with enough information to allow us to understand the situation. We will make every attempt to correct any deficiency on our part through replacement of the item in question or refund of an applicable portion of the total price. Since weights, dimensions and other information about the items are accessible on the website, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring that the size, color and so on of selected items are appropriate for the event at hand. Flowers will vary based on the season and the availability of individual varieties. Nonnie Waller's Traditional Southern is not responsible for “change of mind” situations such as “I really like the blue one better now that I see this one in person” or situations where personal taste differences occur such as “I don’t really care for the chocolate espresso.” Nonnie Waller's Traditional Southern is not responsible for changes submitted less than three days prior to the desired delivery date of items shipped overnight and four days prior to the desired delivery date of items shipped second day air. If you have changes that are needed, and they are outside of this time frame, please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate you; we just cannot guarantee them.
